Snake print, worn on purpose. Two panels cross over the chest, wrap, and leave the entire back bare.
The Girl Code snake print halter top is a cropped wrap top for anyone who wants animal print handled with restraint rather than shouted. Cut from lightweight polyester, it works as a crossover halter: two printed panels cross at the chest, wrap around the body and fasten high at the neck, leaving the entire back open. The crop ends at the ribcage, so it sits above a low rise waistband with skin between. The snake print runs in beige, brown and black, scaled large enough to read across a room without turning cartoonish. It goes with a black satin midi skirt for going out, with tailored trousers to unsettle them, or with denim in daylight. Chunky silver hardware and a cuff take it further. Cut in one size, close to the body, with the wrap allowing some adjustment across the chest.
What does one size mean here? The top is cut to sit close to the body, and the crossover wrap allows some adjustment across the chest. It is not a stretch fabric, so the wrap is what gives the flexibility.
How much of the back is open? All of it. The panels cross at the front and fasten at the neck, leaving the back bare.
Where does it end? At the ribcage, above the natural waist.
